Contemporary dance is nourished by modern, classical, hip hop, African techniques… while developing its specificities such as the relationship to the floor, back mobility and improvisational work.

The different techniques of contemporary dance are all based on the freedom and fluidity of movement, interactions with other dancers, and spacial awareness.
