Join us for a 45-minute workout with baby in the carrier! You’ll find a great workout, gentle on your pelvic floor, while your baby relaxes (or even falls asleep).
This is a workout for moms to help you slowly and safely restore your strength, energy and mobility, while allowing your baby to snuggle up to you and enjoy the movement. The class will be tailored to the needs of the moms and will finish with a mini massage for babies.
The workout is suitable for babies of all ages, but is best done until your baby can walk, or until he or she becomes too heavy to carry.
