  1. Term Registration
    Registration secures a place for the entire school year, until July 12, 2026. The annual fee is payable in three trimester instalments.

    • Trimestre 1 : September 22 – December 21, 2025
    • Trimestre 2 : January 5 – March 29, 2026
    • Trimestre 3 : April 13 – July 12, 2026
  2. Trial Class in regards of a term registration
    A trial class must be reserved in advance. Any participation in a class without a valid reservation or authorization will be charged at 35€. Upon registration for a trial class, a provisional (pro forma) invoice is issued for transparency purposes, with a payment deadline of 10 days after the trial date. Within this 10-day period, the participant must confirm in writing whether they wish to continue the registration. If no written cancellation is received within this period, the provisional invoice becomes automatically payable. This policy allows the school to manage class capacity fairly. In the event of a no-show at the reserved trial class, a non-cancellation fee of 35€ applies.
  3. Late Fees
    Please respect the payment deadline indicated on your invoice. A late fee of €5 will be added every 14 days of nonpayment, per unpaid invoice. Upon the third late fee addition, the invoice may be transferred to a bailiff for legal recovery. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the client.
  4. Cancellations/Refund
    • Trial Class Cancellations: Must be sent by email within 10 days following the reserved trial class date.
    • Term Cancellations: Cancellations must be sent by email before the start of each new term. Once a term has started, the full term fee is due. Registration and payment obligations are independent of actual attendance.
      The fee covers the reservation of a place in the class for the entire term. Non-attendance, partial attendance, or personal reasons do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or fee reduction.
    • Fees paid are non-refundable once the term has started, except in the event of class cancellation by the school.
  5. School Holidays
    No classes take place during Luxembourgish school holidays and official national holidays.
  6. Recovery Classes
    No free make-up lessons are included in the trimester registration fee in case of absence, as the spot remains reserved. However, in the event of exceptional holiday closures, alternative classes will be offered.
  7. Drop-in Classes
    • Price: €35 per class, payable before the class takes place.
    • Reservation: Must be made by email at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
  8. Photos/Videos/Social Media
    The dance school may take photos and videos during classes for use on its social media platforms and communication materials. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to appear in such content
